Xita includes a free 7-day trial followed by one optional lifetime unlock. There is no subscription.
Your right to use Xita
Your use of the Xita application is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Xita is licensed, not sold, and may be used on compatible Apple devices associated with your Apple Account as permitted by Apple’s terms.
App Store purchase
The lifetime unlock price, regional taxes, availability, refunds, and purchase history are managed by Apple through the Mac App Store. Xita contains no subscription or recurring charge.
Proprietary technology
Xiy owns Xita’s application code, interface, Xita Intelligence runtime, app-aware processing, personalization, and workflow orchestration. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.
Use Xita lawfully
Do not use Xita to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security, or distribute harmful content. Restrictions on copying, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, and derivative works are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA, applicable law, and third-party licenses.
Your words remain yours
You retain responsibility for the content you dictate, paste, or share. Review transcription results before relying on or sending them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or business decisions.
Compatibility may evolve
Xita requires a compatible Apple-silicon Mac and supported macOS version. Features may change as Apple platforms evolve.
Provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law and Apple’s Standard EULA, Xita and this website are provided without additional warranties. Keep backups of important work and verify generated output before use.
Reasonable limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Xita or this website. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
